Ingredients

4 to 6 chicken breast fillets
1 packet Shake 'n Bake mix for chicken
bacon strips
Monterey Jack cheese

Preparation

Cover chicken fillets with the Shake 'n Bake mix.
Wrap each fillet with bacon strips.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 55 minutes.
Melt cheese on top for 5 minutes.
