Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can whole tomatoes (28 oz.)
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 to 2 lb. ground beef (lean)
    oregano and garlic powder to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. pkg. lasagne noodles
    1 small container cottage cheese
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    small amount olive oil
Preparation
    Brown ground beef. Drain and simmer with tomatoes, tomato paste and spices.
    Stir often.
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Boil lasagne noodles according to package directions until soft.
    Drain and add olive oil to keep noodles from sticking.
    Grease a large casserole dish and arrange a layer of noodles on the bottom, then a layer of sauce, cottage cheese (all), more noodles and more sauce.
    Layer noodles and sauce until gone and top with cheese. Bake until brown on top.
