Impossible Pumpkin Pie(Sugar-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. granulated sugar substitute
    1/2 c. Bisquick mix
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 can evaporated skim milk (13 oz.)
    2 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients until smooth for 1 minute in blender on high or 2 minutes with hand beater.
    Pour into greased 9 x 1 1/4-inch or 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.
    In a glass pie plate, bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
    Refrigerate any remaining pie.
