Poppy Seed Coffee Cake(Very Easy! Very Good!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. poppy seed
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine poppy seed and buttermilk; soak overnight in refrigerator.
Cream butter and 1 1/2 cups sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Add vanilla to buttermilk mixture.
Add dry ingredients and buttermilk mixture alternately to creamed mixture, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
Spoon half the batter into a well-greased 10-inch tube pan or Bundt pan.
Combine 1/3 cup sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over batter.
Top with remaining batter.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until cake tests done.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Dust with powdered sugar.
