Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. strawberries
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
6 drops red food coloring
1 baked pie crust

Preparation

Combine half the strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice and food coloring. Cook and stir until clear. Cool and add other half of strawberries. Pour into baked cooled pie shell. Refrigerate and top if desired before serving.
