Six Week Bran Muffin Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. melted margarine or butter
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
    3 c. sugar
    1 qt. low-fat buttermilk
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Add eggs, margarine and buttermilk. Store in a tight container in refrigerator.
    Will keep up to 6 weeks for use as desired.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
