Potato Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 tsp. parsley
1 c. mashed potatoes (at room temperature)
Preparation

Preheat deep fryer oil to 385\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients and drop mixture into oil by tablespoonfuls.
Fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
