Chili Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole broiler-fryer chicken, cut in parts
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. self-rising flour
1 (1 3/4 oz.) envelope chili seasoning mix
2 tsp. Accent flavor enhancer
1 c. corn oil
Preparation

With a fork, beat egg and milk.
In a bowl, mix together flour, seasoning mix and flavor enhancer.
Dip chicken in egg, then in flour mixture.
