Easy Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 to 2/3 c. milk
    1 qt. chicken broth with deboned chicken
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Gradually add milk to Bisquick; mix to consistency of biscuit dough.
    Turn onto a floured board and knead until easily handled. Roll dough very thin.
    Let dry for 1 hour; cut into strips and drop into boiling broth.
    Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
