Fresh Strawberry Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 egg yolk
1 c. pureed strawberries

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Stir well.
Store in refrigerator. Delicious on pound cake, toast or ice cream.
Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
