Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large head lettuce
    3 or 4 tomatoes
    1 or more large onion
    1 large bag Fritos dip size corn chips
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    black pepper, red pepper, chili powder and garlic salt
    1 large box Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and chopped onion.
    Add black pepper, red pepper, chili powder and garlic salt.
    Drain grease; set aside. Melt cheese in Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Add ground beef.
    Let cool for a few minutes.
    Combine onion, tomatoes and lettuce in large salad bowl.
    Pour ground beef mixture over salad.
    Add dip size Fritos. Toss and serve.
