Frozen Orange Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box orange jello (6 oz.)
    1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 large container Cool Whip (2 c.)
Preparation
    Combine jello and pineapple with juice; let come to a \"good\" boil.
    Cool.
    Put in refrigerator and let begin to congeal.
    Be sure it is not completely congealed.
    Remove when it begins to harden and add 2 cups of buttermilk and 2 cups of Cool Whip. Freeze.
    Keeps well when thawed for a reasonable time; remains firm.
    Freeze for at least 3 hours before using.
