Spiced Cranberry-Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 serving size) pkg. raspberry Jell-O
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
    1 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1 can drained mandarin oranges
    1/2 c. or more walnuts
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O completely in boiling water in large bowl. Stir in cranberry sauce, cold water, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves.
    Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened just a little.
    Stir in oranges and walnuts.
    This can be put in a mold if desired.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    This makes about 10 servings and keeps very well.
