Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 cans kidney beans (15 oz.) cans
2 cans crushed tomatoes or whole (28 oz. cans)
1 can tomato sauce (15 oz.)
1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
1 green pepper, chopped up
2 medium onions, chopped up
1 to 2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 Tbsp. basil
1 Tbsp. cayenne red pepper
2 to 3 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. coriander
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 to 2 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1/2 to 1 beer or water
Preparation

Cook the meat, beef or turkey; drain off any grease. Saute the green peppers, onions and garlic for about 4 to 5 minutes until soft. Mix all the ingredients in a large pot and simmer for 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally. If it's not hot enough, you can add hot sauce.
