Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. loosely grated zucchini
    2 c. sifted flour (all-purpose)
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat the eggs, sugar, vegetable oil and vanilla together until thick and lemon in color.
    Stir in the grated zucchini.
    Add the sifted flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and baking powder. Fold in the raisins and chopped nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes in a greased and floured pan.
    Cool 10 minutes on a wire rack.
    Sprinkle on powdered sugar.
