Noodle Rice Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fine noodles
    2 c. raw Minute rice
    2 cans onion soup
    2 cans clear broth
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 c. mushrooms, browned (if fresh), or 1 c. water chestnuts
Preparation
    In large soup pot, melt butter; pour in noodles and brown until golden.
    Add rice and mix thoroughly.
    Combine all the rest of the ingredients and place in an oblong casserole dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
