Cabbage Rolls(75 To 100) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. ground beef
    2 lb. ground pork
    salt to taste
    red pepper to taste
    black pepper to taste
    minced garlic to taste
    Italian seasoning
    3 cans Contadina tomato sauce
    5 onions, chopped fine
    4 bell peppers (medium to large), chopped fine
    1 head garlic, chopped
    2 bunches shallots, chopped
    5 1/2 c. uncooked washed rice
    chopped heart of cabbage
    4 to 6 large loose leaf cabbages (preferably beef heart)
Preparation
    Note:
    Ingredients may be chopped in food processor (just until chopped).
