Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cup flour
    1 teaspoon sugar
    2 teaspoon salt
    1 3/4 cup water
    1 teaspoon cider vinegar
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Mix together and chill 1/2 hour.
    Divide into 10 balls.
    Roll out what you need and freeze the rest in a zip-loc bag for later use.
