Ingredients

1 lb. mangos, peeled and chunked
2 c. white vinegar
1 lb. white raisins
3 oz. candied ginger
1/4 lb. slivered almonds
1 Tbsp. salt
3/4 lb. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 to 3 dashes hot sauce
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
Preparation

Bring sugar and vinegar to a boil.
Add rest of ingredients and simmer until thick.
Pour into warmed jars and seal with wax. To warm jars, place on a cookie sheet in a warm (250\u00b0) oven until ready to fill.
