Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can pie apples, drained
1/2 c. sugar (white)
1/4 c. sugar (brown)
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Drain apples; place in buttered 9-inch shallow baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice and white sugar.
Cut in butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle over apple mixture. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for one hour.
