Pear Blondies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. melted shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. chopped, ripe pears
1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Combine sugar, egg, shortening and vanilla until well mixed. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; mix well.
Stir into batter.
Add pears and chocolate chips.
