Fruited Burgundy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. fine granulated sugar
juice of 1 lemon, strained
1/2 orange, sliced
1/2 lemon, sliced
1 slice pineapple, diced
chopped ice
1 bottle sparkling Burgundy
Preparation

Combine sugar and fruit in large pitcher; mix well, then add chopped ice.
Add sparkling Burgundy and serve at once.
Serves 8.
