Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. (2 1/2 lb.) peeled, quartered potatoes
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. onion powder
    paprika
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix potatoes and enough water to cover in 4-quart pan.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat to medium.
    Cook 25 to 30 minutes or until tender.
    Drain well.
    Mash potatoes, gradually stirring in salad dressing, cream cheese, onion powder, salt and pepper until light and fluffy.
    Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until thoroughly heated.
