Guacamole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium, ripe avocado, peeled, seeded, and mashed
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice (about 1/2 of a lg. lime)
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1 1/2 Tbsp. salsa
1 medium ripe tomato, chopped (about 1 c.)
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped, fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic, finely minced
ground pepper to taste
Preparation

In a large bowl mix together all ingredients.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
