Easy Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped green bell pepper
1 onion, chopped
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can kidney beans (undrained)
1 c. water
1 envelope chili seasoning mix
Preparation

Brown beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain. Add bell pepper and onion and cook until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in tomato sauce and remaining ingredients. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
