Ingredients

2 c. margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 c. flour (all-purpose)
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. crushed potato chips
2 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream first 3 ingredients together; add flour.
Mix well.
Stir in the pecans and potato chips. Drop by teaspoon on nonstick cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or golden brown.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Cool on wire rack.
Makes about 7 dozen.
