Baked Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 (10 3/4 oz. ) can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can undiluted cream of chicken soup
    2 medium onions, chopped fine
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3/4 c. water (approximately)
    1/2 to 3/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat and vegetables.
    Drain well to remove all fat.
    Add water, soups and soy sauce to rice.
    Add browned, drained meat and vegetables.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and bake at least 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Cover the top with noodles and bake an additional 10 minutes.
    Serves 12.
