Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. tender steak (1/2 inch thick)
    3 green peppers
    1/2 Tbsp. Karo (blue label)
    1 1/2 c. meat stock
    1 Tbsp. Argo cornstarch
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. Mazola
Preparation
    Cube the meat.
    Wash the peppers; remove the seeds and core. Then dice.
    Heat Mazola in a medium frying pan; add the Karo and brown the meat and peppers in it, cooking about 7 minutes.
    Stir in cornstarch and seasonings; gradually add the stock.
    Boil 3 minutes and serve over rice.
