1 tsp. salt
1 c. quick grits
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) grated sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
1 c. milk
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) margarine
Preparation

Brown sausage; drain.
