Grasshopper Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pie crusts
2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
6 eggs
1 c. coconut
1 c. raisins
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour in pie crusts.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 40 to 45 minutes.
Yields 2 pies.
