Good Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bread with crusts removed (I used more bread)
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    salt to taste (I didn't use any)
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 onion, chopped finely (I used celery and peppers, too)
    6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (I used more, can use ham or shrimp)
Preparation
    Grease pan.
    Place 6 slices of bread in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan (fill all spaces).
    Spread grated cheese, celery, green pepper and/or onions.
    Spread bacon, ham or shrimp.
    Top with remaining bread.
    Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt.
    Pour over bread.
    Make sure it is all wet and covered.
    (Can top with tomato slices, if desired; I didn't.)
    Put in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
    Let sit 10 minutes and serve.
