Yellow Angel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. orange extract
    1 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks.
    Add water and beat until thick.
    Add sugar, gradually, beating constantly (10 minutes at high speed).
    Fold in flavoring.
    Sift flour and salt together 3 times.
    Carefully fold into egg yolk mixture.
