Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground pork
    cabbage
    carrots
    onion
    2 eggs
    soy sauce
    salt
    pepper
    1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
Preparation
    Brown ground pork in skillet with onion.
    Scramble eggs on side; then add to pork and onion.
    Stir in about 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
    Keep warm on low heat.
    Bring a pot of water to a boil, when boiling, add shredded cabbage and carrots.
    Cook for 1 to 2 minutes (no more); then drain water.
    Add cabbage and carrots to pork mixture.
    Let simmer.
    Place wrapper on flat surface.
    Add about 1 or 2 tablespoons of mixture in center of wrapper.
    Fold and deep fry.
