Glazed Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground chuck
    2 lb. ground ham
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. powdered milk
    2 c. tomato juice
    3 c. cracker crumbs
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together.
    Mold into 3 large loaves or mold into individual portion size on a cookie sheet.
    Bake large loaves for one hour and small loaves for 1/2 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Remove from oven and glaze with sauce.
