Chocolate Puff Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chocolate bits
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
Preparation

In top of double boiler, over hot water, put first 3 ingredients.
When melted together, stir and add vanilla and eggs. Beat well with eggbeater for three minutes.
Cover and cook for thirty minutes (or longer if more convenient) without lifting cover, until serving.
Serve with cream (whipped and seasoned) or plain light cream, as is.
