Greek Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1 head cauliflower, sliced
    1/2 medium size sweet onion, sliced very thin
    1 lb. bacon, diced and fried crisp
    1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Place lettuce, cauliflower, onion and bacon in order in serving bowl.
    Mix mayonnaise, cheese and sugar until well blended and spread ingredients in bowl; seal completely to the edge.
    Let stand several hours in refrigerator before mixing and serving (can be made the day before).
    Also, the remaining salad will stay crisp for several days if kept in a tight container.
