Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rhubarb, cut into 1-inch slices
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 tsp. grated orange rind (optional)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    pastry for 2 crust pie
Preparation
    Combine rhubarb, sugar, flour and salt with a small amount of water.
    Heat the mixture.
    Line pie plate with pastry and fill with rhubarb mixture; dot with butter and cover with top crust. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
