Baked Sliced Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium baking potatoes
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme, oregano, sage or basil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Peel potatoes and cut them into 1/8-inch thick slices.
Place slices in a bowl with oil, salt, pepper and thyme or other herbs.
Toss to mix well.
Place the slices on a baking sheet sprayed with Pam, spreading the slices so they overlay slightly.
Bake, uncovered, for about 20 minutes or longer if you prefer them crisper.
Serves 4.
