Nutty Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked, cut-up chicken
    4 c. thinly sliced celery
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    2 c. mayonnaise
    4 Tbsp. onion
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Lightly toss the chicken, celery and pecans together.
    Puree a sauce of the mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice and 1 cup cheese in a blender.
    Toss the chicken mixture with the sauce.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Top with 1/2 cup cheese and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
