    3 c. self-rising flour
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    a generous sprinkling of pepper
    3 Tbsp. dill (fresh) or 1 1/2 Tbsp. dried
    1/2 tsp. rosemary (fresh) or 1/4 tsp. dried*
    12 oz. beer
    4 Tbsp. unsalted butter (1/2 stick), melted
