Pancake Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. Karo syrup
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. maple flavoring
Preparation
    Put first 4 ingredients in saucepan.
    Stir together.
    Put on medium heat and stir until the sugars are dissolved and the mixture begins to boil.
    Turn down heat and boil gently for 5 minutes.
    Turn off heat and stir in maple flavoring.
    Put in a maple syrup container or jar.
    Makes 2 cups.
