Leek Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. broth
    3 thinly sliced leeks
    1 c. thinly sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 c. semolina pasta
Preparation
    Saute the leeks and mushrooms in olive oil.
    When soft, add to broth.
    Boil for 10 minutes and add white wine.
    Add pasta and simmer until cooked, approximately 7 to 10 minutes.
    Serve and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
