Mexican Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 13 x 9-inch greased and floured pan. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes (35 minutes for glass baking dish).
