Veggie Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2- yellow squash
    2- potatoes
    1/2 c. onions
    2- green tomatoes
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. cornmeal
Preparation
    Cube vegetables and place into a bowl.
    Pour buttermilk over vegetables and mix well.
    Pour cornmeal over this and mix well. Fry in a skillet with butter and oil until brown.
