Oven-Fried Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. catfish fillets
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. cornmeal
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika

Preparation

Wash fish and drain slightly.
Mix cornmeal and spices together.
Place in a bag.
Bread fish with mix.
Brush a dark baking sheet with the oil and place fish on the pan.
Bake for 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Turn over and continue baking until done.
