Barbecue Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. spareribs
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. catsup
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown spareribs on all sides.
    Saute onion in
    hot oil.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook slowly until flavors are well blended, 15 minutes.
    Pour sauce over ribs.
    Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours in oven at 350\u00b0.
