Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
3 mashed bananas
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time; beat well. Mash bananas in another bowl.
Sift together flour, salt and baking soda.
Put bananas in butter-sugar mixture.
Gradually add flour mixture, blending well.
Pour into greased and floured bread pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 about 40 minutes.
