Seafood Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. sealegs
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 to 3 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
    Monterey Jack cheese
    2 c. white sauce
    garlic salt
    2 drops Tabasco
Preparation
    Make 2 cups of white sauce, very thick.
    Season with onion salt, Old Bay seasoning and Tabasco (you may need more seasonings later).
    Cut up sealegs and put in sauce.
    Grate a fair chunk of cheese (can use any kind if you do not have Monterey Jack). Reheat until bubbly.
