Swiss Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 tsp. rubbed sage
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cracker crumbs (approximately 24 round buttery type)
    3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat egg and add all ingredients, reserving 1/4 cup cheese.
    Form into a loaf in a 2-quart rectangular baking dish.
    Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake a few minutes more to melt cheese.
