Sweet And Sour Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lb. pork spareribs, cut into 2 rib portions
1/4 c. salad oil
1 medium onion, minced
1 medium green pepper, minced
1 (6 oz.) can frozen pineapple juice concentrate
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Early in day or day ahead:
In large saucepot or Dutch oven, place ribs and cover with water.
Over high heat, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer 1 hour or until ribs are fork-tender.
Remove to platter and refrigerate.
